All products are subject to availability. Certain items, including limited edition collectibles and blind box products, may not be restocked once sold out.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Full payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on eligible orders over AUD $299 via Australia Post.

International shipping is available, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of collectible products, blind boxes, and limited edition items, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Minor manufacturer imperfections, including slight paint variations, printing inconsistencies, packaging wear, or other quality variations accepted by the original manufacturer, are not considered defects.

Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving their order in case assistance is required.

Order Cancellations

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders may not be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

Products requiring manual verification, special selection, or blind box confirmation are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing has commenced.

For approved cancellation requests, an administration fee of up to 10% of the order value may be deducted.
