Reture and Refund policy

Please note:

Blind Boxes and opened products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To help us investigate your claim, please provide a complete unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:
• The shipping label and unopened package before opening
• The entire unboxing process
• Any product defects, damage, or missing items (if applicable)

If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Completion Clause

Once the tracking status shows "Delivered", we consider the delivery completed.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend choosing a tracked service with signature on delivery or arranging collection from your local Australia Post office where available.
